1. Pre-Release Software Disclaimer

Project Inkwell Forge and SWGoH Tracker are experimental, pre-release hobby applications under active development. Services, APIs, and schemas are subject to change or temporary interruption without prior notice.

2. Closed Beta Access & Codes

Access to Project Inkwell applications is granted solely via private invitation codes. Project Inkwell reserves the right to issue, limit, or revoke access codes at its sole discretion to manage server capacity and testing integrity.

3. As-Is Provision & No Warranties

All software, algorithms, projections, and logistics calculations are provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Project Inkwell disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

4. User Feedback & Tester Contributions

By submitting bug reports, suggestions, or feature feedback, you grant Project Inkwell a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to incorporate such suggestions into current or future releases without compensation or obligation.

5. Intellectual Property & Fan Content Policies

Magic: The Gathering: Unofficial Fan Content permitted under the Wizards of the Coast Fan Content Policy. Card imagery is sourced via Scryfall API / CDN.
Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes: Unofficial community analytics and planning utility. Not endorsed or affiliated with Electronic Arts, Capital Games, or Disney / Lucasfilm.
