• Waitlist & Access Requests: When you request beta access, we collect your email address, application preferences, and any optional context notes you provide.
• Account Authentication: When accessing closed-beta applications (such as Project Inkwell Forge or SWGoH Tracker), user identity and sessions are handled securely through Clerk Authentication. We store your account email and basic user identifiers.
• Operational Logs: Standard web server and edge network logs (IP addresses, request headers, error logs) are retained temporarily by our edge providers (Cloudflare and Vercel) for performance optimization and abuse prevention.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information solely to:

• Deliver your closed-beta access credentials and invite codes.
• Authenticate your account session and maintain user profile data.
• Send critical transactional notices regarding software updates, bug fixes, or access modifications.
• Respond directly to customer support inquiries and user feedback.

4. Transactional Communications (CAN-SPAM Compliance)

Emails dispatched by Project Inkwell (powered by the Resend email engine) are strictly transactional in nature (e.g., invite codes, account notices, ticket updates). In accordance with the CAN-SPAM Act, we do not send unsolicited commercial or third-party marketing advertisements.

5. Third-Party Infrastructure Providers

We rely on respected developer infrastructure providers to host and secure our applications:

• Vercel: Edge hosting, serverless compute, and DNS resolution.
• Cloudflare: SSL/TLS encryption, DDoS mitigation, and edge caching.
• Clerk: User authentication and identity security.
• Resend: Transactional email dispatch.
• Railway: Backend database and microservice hosting.

6. Data Retention & Deletion
